Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-22
These terms govern your use of the arganaeood.com website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Scope
The site is operated by ARGANA EOOD, UIC (EIK) 204211235, and presents the company's services and activity. It is informational — merely browsing it does not create a contract between you and us.
Specific services (building apps, websites, AI integration and others) are agreed and commissioned under a separate contract or written quote, which take precedence over these terms.
Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, logo, graphics and source code — is owned by ARGANA EOOD or used with permission and is protected by law. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. The information is not a binding offer and does not constitute professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, ARGANA EOOD is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
External links
The site may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience; ARGANA EOOD does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be settled by mutual agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian court.
Dispute resolution (for consumers)
If you are a consumer (a natural person) and have a complaint, please write to us first at hello@arganaeood.com — we usually resolve matters quickly and by mutual agreement.
If no solution is reached, you may turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC) — the supervisory authority for consumer protection in Bulgaria — and the conciliation commissions established with it for alternative (out-of-court) dispute resolution: www.kzp.bg.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when needed. The current version is always published on this page, with the date shown.
