Who processes your data (controller)

What data we collect

The site is informational and requires no registration. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us.

• When you contact us — by email or via the website's contact form: your name, your email address, the content of your message, and any files you choose to attach.
• Technical data that every website receives automatically on a visit (such as IP address and browser type), processed by our hosting provider for the site's security and stability.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote or follow-up communication. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep data

We keep your correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. If no cooperation follows, we delete the messages within a reasonable period (typically up to 12 months) unless the law requires longer retention.

Who has access (processors)

We do not share your data publicly. Only providers who help us run the site and our communication have access, and only as far as necessary:

• Hosting: the site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical data when pages load.
• Contact form: messages and attachments from the form are delivered to our inbox via the email service Brevo (Sendinblue, brevo.com).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. We use only the following, which is strictly functional:

• “NEXT_LOCALE” cookie — remembers the language you chose so we can show the site in it.
• Local storage (localStorage) “theme” — remembers whether you prefer a light or dark theme. It is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.

Because these technologies are necessary for the site to work, no consent is required for them. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erasure (“the right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing.
